CUSTOMS DUTIES

All international deliveries may be subject to customs charges. For items to be exported, the shipping charge covers packaging and delivery only. It is your responsibility to comply with all local Customs authority requirements in relation to your order. We recommend that you make yourself aware of these requirements before placing your order.

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

Your order will be processed within 3 business days

Parcels within New Zealand will be delivered between 1 to 4 business days for North Island addresses; and between 3 to 6 business days for South Island addresses.

Parcels to Australia/Pacific Islands can take between 7 to 10 business days to arrive.

​

International parcels can take up to 20 business days to arrive.

For all international orders, Customs may inspect goods prior to delivery, which may cause delays. Please provide a valid recipient telephone number to avoid any further delays. This number may be required by local customs and delivery agents.
